Email Marketing (change image, going to update in canva)

Do you do in-home service calls for your clients?

Years ago, we realized it takes so much time to call every client to ask if they need service to find the few that wanted it. So, instead, we created an email to offer it, and gave them the opportunity to "raise their hand" signaling they'd like to have the service.

Then, phone time got really easy. Just follow up with "I'm calling about the service you asked for. Let's find a time that works for both of us."  😁

Once a client responds to the SRG email, texts us back, or goes to our portal to let us know they'd like a follow-up, we mark their CRM account with a "Service Request" tag.

Then when it's time to make calls, we can search by radius of a zip (the area we plan to service for a particular time frame) AND by that service request tag (a two-step query), and voila...a quick and easy call list.

The SRG email explains what service is, why it's useful, that there's no charge for sharpening, and gives them those options for requesting the follow up. Here are a few screenshots of the email...
